At Doll 10 Beauty, we want you to love your results; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
